Shows USA is the premier producer of events in Southern California, with 36 years of history producing the highest attended consumer events from Los Angeles to San Diego.
Shows USA is headed by Richard Walters and his daughter, Tamara Walters, and between them they have over 80 years of professional expertise in management, advertising, and entrepreneurial success. Under their leadership, Shows USA has produced over 500 Travel Expos, Home & Garden Shows, Pet Expos and Trade Shows in Southern California since 1976.
Richard gained his expertise with decades in the nightclub business, as well as corporate leadership skills in marketing and sales with a national business that provided textbooks to school districts. He also created a food manufacturing business and oversaw the marketing and sales into national grocery chains. Tamara has worked part time with her father at Shows USA, since 1981, while honing her management skills as regional and operations manager for several retail businesses, as well as owning her own sign manufacturing & graphic design business. In 2006 Tamara sold her sign business and joined Shows USA full time, to assist in the expansion of Shows USA.
